We are excited to the launch our Allyship program--a multiyear effort designed to activate women leaders (as well as men) in driving workplace change and accelerating the movement towards more diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures and communities. 

Join us for an evening of exploring Allyship - what it really means, what it looks like, and what gets in the way of both giving and getting Allyship. Come and share your thoughts and ideas with your peers from different industries and organizations and hear their personal and professional experiences and viewpoints as well. The first 10 registrants will receive a free copy of You Should Smile More by The Band of Sisters with tips on how to be an ally. And we invite everyone to continue the conversation as part of our Ally Circles, our bi monthly bookclub.
