In 2018, the Eos Foundation launched the Women’s Power Gap Initiative. The approach is to collect public diversity data for leaders at the CEO level and the path to the top office, and to rank institutions within industries against one another. In this session, we will discuss the successes of this approach, the challenges still facing women and people of color in getting to the top office, and what we all can do to demand more transparency.
