“We are all teachers” who can help others envision and achieve their potential on their journey through life.

The Boston Club exists to support all women’s professional growth and development. We are committed to broadening the field of women leaders of all diversities and firmly believe that the world benefits from having individuals at the table who bring diverse perspectives and lived experiences to policy, practice and decision making.

Learn about disparities in our educational system especially for our students of color and how these inequities impact women on their personal and professional journeys. We know there are key programs, services, supports, and individuals who can make a difference in a learner’s life, therefore impacting their education, career choices and their ultimate success.

Join us and hear from the Boston public schools Superintendent Brenda Cassellius and Joe Rosenbaum of the United Way. They will be joined by two young women of color who share the critical moments in their lives where they gained the confidence to persevere and pursue their dreams, and where continuing to follow their passion, and even a different career path, was uncovered and pursued.

We all as individuals and as members of The Boston Club can make a difference in someone’s life, particularly women, whatever their strengths, challenges and interests.

Believing in someone can have such a positive impact.
